Directions: Directions: Individual tolerances vary. Ensure you achieve your comfort with each stage before increasing your dosage. For days 1 to 3, consume 1 capsule before your two largest meals daily. For days 4 and beyond, consumes 2 capsules before your two largest meals daily.
