Directions: Suggested Usage: Adult males - take 1 capsule three times daily. Please allow 4 weeks of consecutive use for optimal results. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. For adults suffering from cardiovascular disease, consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
Precautions: All Other: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. For adults suffering from cardiovascular disease, consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. Caution: Do not take this product if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction, or are taking health products that affect blood coagulation. If you suffer from cardiovascular disease, consult your health care practitioner if your cardiovascular condition worsens. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, headaches, or gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea), in which case, discontinue use.
Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, or are taking digoxin, blood thinners, anti-depressant medication or medications for diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, or seizures; have diabetes or a renal/kidney disease; are following a low protein diet; if you suffer from cardiovascular disease and are attempting an increase in physical activity; or if you are suffering from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression.
