Directions: Suggested use: Blend, shake, or briskly stir about 2 heaping scoops (7 grams) of Advanced Fiber into 8 fluid ounces of juice or other beverage twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Formulation: Does NOT Contain: This product is gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegetarian.
Precautions: All Other: Caution: As many individuals have an insufficient intake of fiber, consider reducing consumption to one-half scoop and gradually increase over the course of one week for improved tolerance. If you have had gastric surgery and experience persistent nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or other symptoms, contact your healthcare practitioner.
