Directions: Regular use: 1 capsule 2x daily Experienced use: 2 capsules 2x daily Initial use: Consume 1 capsule with a meal and glass of water for a minimum of 1 week. Regular use: Consume 1 capsule two times per day, with a meal and glass of water. Experienced user use: Consume 2 capsules two times per day with a meal and glass of water.
Precautions: All Other: Do not take on an empty stomach. Avoid taking within 6 hours of going to sleep and do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and exercise. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration.
