Directions: Serving Suggestions 3-5 Years Old: Consult your physician for serving recommendation. Do not exceed 5 drops (1 mg) 6-12 Years Old: Take 10 drops (2 mg) 12 Years & Older: Take 15 drops (3 mg) Adults: Take 25 drops (5 mg) or as needed. Do not exceed 10 mg.
