Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: As a dietary supplement: Children ages 10 and up: Take 1 gummy daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children ages 4–10: Take 1 gummy every other day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Individuals taking more than 50 mcg (2,000 IU) per day should have their vitamin D levels monitored. This product is not intended for long term use and should be used under the supervision of your healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Product should be used as directed. Do not take more than the daily recommended amount, unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. Instruct your child to fully chew each gummy before swallowing.
