Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: For adults, take two (2) delicious gummies 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may cause drowsiness. For best results, allow yourself to sleep for more than 6 hours. This product is intended for short term, occasional use only. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
