Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgel capsules 30 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take 2 softgel capsules in the morning. An additional 2 capsules may be taken if desired, but do not exceed 4 softgel capsules daily. Do not take before bedtime.
Precautions re: All Other: For adult use only. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or lactating. If you are taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before using this product. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. This product contains EGCG from green tea. This product contains 180 mg of caffeine.
