Directions: Suggested Usage: Extremely cleansing. Start slowly to avoid cleansing reactions. Begin with 1/4 tsp (or less) in pure water, fresh juice or a smoothie. Increase slowly to 1 or more tablespoons per day. Intensive Usage: 2-4 tablespoons per day AFTER starting slowly.
