Revered in Ayurveda for its aromatic and balancing properties, it is traditionally used to support healthy digestion, absorption and metabolism, promote respiratory health, and help maintain abundance of PRANA.*
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Take 1/2-1 teaspoon with equal water twice daily after food, or as recommended by your health practitioner.
