Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Anu Thailam (Herbal Nasal Oil): Use steam or a hot towel compressed on the face to loosen the toxins. Tilt the head backward or support with the pillow at the back and apply 2 to 3 drops in each nostril and inhale deeply or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Continue to lay down with the head tilted for 5 minutes, sit up and spit out the mucus secretions. In the cold seasons, try to warm the oil slightly before application. For better effect, use Anu thailam nasal drops before showering. Best time to do nasya is in the morning. For external use only. Kumkumadi Thailam (Healthy Face Oil): Wash your face and neck. Take a few drops of Kumkumadi oil and massage it for 5 minutes or until it gets completely absorbed (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). People having oily skin can apply Kumkumadi face glowing oil and wash after 1 hour, while others can leave it overnight for best results. For external use only. Swish Oil: Not to be consumed. For external use only. Take 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons of the oil and pull around the mouth for at least 5 minutes, or as directed by your health practitioner.
