Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one serving (2 capsules) 30 minutes prior to working out. On non-training days, take one serving (2 capsules) in the morning with food. LAXOGENESIS may be taken with any Alchemy Labs pre-workout supplement. Use as part of a healthy diet and exercise program.†
