Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Thirty minutes prior to bedtime, spray 6 sprays (approx. 1 mL) directly into the mouth and swallow. Do not use when alertness is required, as product will cause drowsiness. Do not exceed more than one serving in a 24 hour period. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before use.
