Product Specific Information: Each suppository contains 2 billion CFUs* of Bacillus coagulans (LactoSpore®) along with prebiotics and lactic acid, in a patented non-GMO base made from sustainable palm kernel oil. Designed with a higher melting point for enhanced stability.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Wash hands before use. Ensure suppository is solid inside wrapper. Tear one suppository from the strip. Carefully remove suppository from wrapper using fingers by peeling open the side with split ends (only peel from this side). Insert suppository deep into vagina while lying down. Suggested Use: Insert 1 suppository at bedtime every 2-3 days, or as needed. Do not exceed 1 suppository per day.

Discontinue use and see a doctor if you have abnormal discharge, vaginal bleeding, or symptoms become worse.
