Product Specific Information: Double Strength. Still gentle. Iron is an essential mineral that plays central roles in energy production, immune function, and neurological health. It is a key part of hemoglobin, which carries oxygen to the body's cells, and myoglobin, which holds oxygen in muscle tissue. This double strength capsule provides 36 mg of iron, twice the amount in NOW Iron 18 mg.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless directed by a physician. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
Precautions re: All Other: For adults only. Consult a physician if pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children.
