Product Specific Information: FOLATE PLUS is the bioavailable form of folate and is the only form able to cross the blood-brain barrier. It is important for normal production of serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine, and is essential for converting homocysteine to methionine. *
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: For adults, take two (2) capsules daily, more if needed. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
