Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cap provided. Take on empty stomach, approx. 30 min before a meal. Adults and children from 12 years: 2 tsp. (10 mL) twice daily. Children 4-11 years: 2 tsp. (10 mL) once daily. Liquid iron may cause surface staining to teeth, rinse mouth with water immediately after consuming.
Precautions re: All Other: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be taken as an alternative to a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage: To prevent the contents from spoiling, once opened close the bottle after every use, store upright in the refrigerator and consume within 4 weeks.
