Product Specific Information: Hingvashtak is the traditional herbal mixture of pink Himalayan salt, spices, and herbs. The herbs in this formula activate the gastrointestinal tract, stimulate digestive function and maintains regularity of bowel movements.*
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Mixed with the first morsel of food, 1/4 teaspoon along ghee. Also, it can be consumed with warm water twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
