Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20–30 drops (about 0.7–1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Tinctures may also be taken directly.

Partridgeberry has a traditional reputation as a uterine stimulant and has been shown to act on uterine muscle, so it is not appropriate for use in pregnancy. If you are nursing, avoid use or consult your practitioner first. There is limited modern safety data on this herb, so a conservative approach is sensible; do not exceed the suggested serving.
