Formulation re: Does NOT Contain: No added sugar. Contains no artificial colours, preservatives or fragrances.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well before use. Adults take up to 20 drops (1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 3-4 fl oz of juice or water, up to 3 times a day.
Precautions re: All Other: Do not use this for long periods. Rubia roots contain lucidin and related anthraquinones, which are genotoxic in laboratory testing; the related dyer's madder was withdrawn from sale in Germany for that reason. Keep to short, occasional courses. Not for use in pregnancy. It may colour urine red, which is harmless in itself. It may also add to the effect of anticoagulant medicines. Keep out of reach of children. Not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you are taking any medication, have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Discontinue use if an adverse reaction occurs. Do not use if the tamper seal is broken or missing. Store tightly capped in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
