Product Specific Information: Tip: Activated charcoal may be constipating for some individuals. To support regularity, Mountain Meadow Herbs Gentle Lax® may be used alongside this package as needed.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: MONTH 1: Days 1-6. Step 1: Para-Rid®. Take Para-Rid® before meals, following the current label directions. (See Para-Rid® for more information) Designed for short-term use as part of an intestinal detox or cleanse program. Para-Rid Directions: Start 2 days before the full moon. Take in juice or water 3 times daily for 6 days, repeat in one month. Nursing, Expecting, or children under 2 years of age, use Olive Leaf. Step 2: Activated Charcoal Flush. Take 4 capsules, 1–2 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Use at least 2 hours away from meals, supplements, medications, and Para-Rid® to avoid interference with absorption and to support effective binding. Flexible Timing Option: If preferred, take 4–8 capsules in the evening, ensuring proper spacing from food and supplements. Day 7 through the start of your next Para-Rid cycle. Step 3: Herbal Flora Probiotics. Take 2 capsules daily, 20–30 minutes before a meal or snack. Formulated with both prebiotics and probiotics to support gut balance. Tip: Incorporate into a consistent daily routine for best results. Step 4: Vita-Zinc+. Take 3 capsules daily. Provides Vitamin C, D3, and Zinc for added nutritional support. Flexible Timing Option: Capsules may be taken all at once or divided throughout the day, depending on preference or as directed by your healthcare provider. MONTH 2: Days 1-6 Repeat Steps 1 and 2 as outlined above. Day 7 until products are finished: Continue Steps 3 and 4 daily until complete.
