Precautions: Allergies: Made in a GMP facility on equipment that processes milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and wheat.
Directions: DOSAGE: Slowly blend 1 scoop of Carbo Plus(TM) into 4-6 oz of your beverage of choice. For best results use at least twice daily. 1 to 3 scoops should be consumed within 2 hours after completion of your training or competition.
