Directions: Suggested usage: PGX(R) capsules can be taken with or without meals with 12 oz.–16 oz. of water or as directed by a health professional. Week 1: 1–2 capsules 3 times daily. Week 2: 2–4 capsules 3 times daily. Week 3 and beyond: 3–6 capsules 3 times daily.
Precautions: Children: Keep out of the reach of children.
Directions: Notice: A small percentage of people may initially experience minor digestive changes when taking PGX(R). Slowly work up to the full dose to give your body time to adjust. It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (12oz.–16 oz.) when taking PGX(R). If you are taking medication, take it one hour prior to or two hours after taking PGX(R).
