Directions: SUGGESTED USE For best results, consume the contents of one packet daily with food – preferably a complete meal. You can consume all eight identical capsules with your largest meal of the day or divide them up to be consumed throughout the day with food. Formula: Contains: Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) – 250 mg. Because it is uniquely both water and fat soluble, ALA is called the “Universal Anti-Oxidant.” This unique solubility allows it to go “everywhere” in your body protecting hard-to-reach tissues from oxidative damage. Even more important is its role in the creation of our body’s most powerful internal antioxidant – Glutathione. Like CoQ10, our levels of ALA decline with age, stress and the use of certain medications.
Formula: Contains: Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ10) and TruQ10 – 300 mg. The first ingredient to add to any vitamin regimen, CoQ10 is required for all energy production and is also a powerful anti-oxidant.
