Directions: SUGGESTED USE For best results consume one packet with each of your two largest meals daily. To achieve the greatest benefits of this product, you must consume at least two packets daily; however, there is never a need to consume more than three packets per day. CholestaCare PLUS Fibermucil should always be taken with food and is best taken 30 minutes before or no more than 60 minutes after completing a meal. This product is most effective when used in conjunction with a healthy, balanced diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, along with one of Andrew Lessman’s Life Rx(TM) multi-vitamin-mineral formulas.
