Directions: Direction for use Add one scoop to 4-8 ounce of cold water, or liquid of your choice. Stir until dispersed then drink immediately. Add more or less liquid to meet your desired taste. Take 20-30 minutes before exercise. For first time users, begin by assessing your tolerance with a 1 scoop serving. After you have assessed you tolerance, you may increase your servings to 1.5-2 scoops.
