Directions: Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 to 4 capsules, 1 to 3 times daily between meals as desired, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Take 500 to 1000 mg. vitamin C each time to increase absorption. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
