Directions: Recommendations: Take at bedtime as follows: Day(s) Triple-Action Cleansing Formula 1 4 tablets with 8 oz of water 2-4 4 tablets with 8 oz of water 5 2 tablets with 8 oz of water Fiber Fusion daily cleansing fiber 1 Start on day 2 2-4 1 packet mixed with 8-10 oz of water 5 1 packet mixed with 8-10 oz of water
Directions: Recommendation: Day 1 through Day 4: Take 4 tablets at bedtime with 8 ounces of water. Day 5: Take 2 tablets at bedtime with 8 ounces of water. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
Precautions: All Other: Warning: Consult a healthcare professional if a sudden change in bowel habits occurs and persists for more than five days. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition; discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
