Directions: Recommended Use: For all-day energy, and to reduce fatigue, swallow 2 tablets with a full glass of water. Begin use with one-half the recommended dose for the first week (one tablet once a day). Do not exceed 4 tablets in any 8-hour period.
Precautions: Children: Warning: Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
Precautions: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications: Consult your primary physician prior to use if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, including high blood pressure, thyroid problems, nervous disorders, or if you are using MAO inhibitors or taking any prescription drugs.
Precautions: All Other: Individuals who are sensitive to caffeine should begin use with one-half the recommended dosage and limit the use of other caffeine-containing foods and drinks while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, and sleeplessness.
