Cover and shake for 25 – 30 seconds. {Cup} STIR WITH A SPOON: Hyper-Gro is instantized, and thus mixes easily. Just pour in 10 to 12 oz of cold water or your favorite beverage and then add one scoop to your cup. Stir with a spoon for 30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. Note: Adjust the thickness and flavor intensity of your Hyper-Gro shake by adding more or less water per serving. Hyper-Gro mixes well with water and other liquids like low-fat milk.
