Directions: Directions: Take one or more capsules on an empty stomach (30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals) with 8 oz of water. Start with 1 capsule a day and gradually increase (e.g. 2 on day 2, 3 on day 3, etc…) until you have 2-4 bowel movements per day.
