We then add cat's claw root, used for centuries by the Ashanica Indians of South America, and devil's claw root - also traditionally used to support the joints - to round out this soothing tea.
Directions: Get the most out of every cup Bring water to boiling and steep 4 to 6 minutes. For a stronger tea, use 2 tea bags. Enjoy 2 to 4 cups a day.
