Formula: Contains: Harvested at the peak of the life cycle of the algae’s “bloom,” Elixir Of The Lake contains a vast array of unique and extremely beneficial nutrients, including chlorophyll, B vitamins, beta-carotene (non-toxic vitamin A), macro minerals, trace minerals, phycocyanin and phenylethylamine (PEA), and trace amounts of the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. Blue-green algae provides complete plant protein and is among the world’s highest naturally-occurring sources of protein (50-60%).
Directions: Suggested Use: Extremely cleansing. Start slowly to avoid cleansing reactions. Begin with 1/4 teaspoon (or less) in pure water, fresh juice, or a smoothie. Increase to 1 teaspoon per day.
