Directions: DIRECTIONS: For adults and children 12 years and older. Take 2 to 4 caplets daily, preferably all at bedtime, or individually throughout the day. Caplet(s) should be taken with a full glass (8oz.) of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
Precautions: Children: Children under 12, as a doctor before use.

Precautions: All Other: Stop use and talk to your doctor if you need to use a laxative for more than one week, or have rectal bleeding or no bowel movement after using this product.
