Precautions: All Other: Avoid sun exposure while consuming any form of St. John's Wort and for two weeks after discontinuing use, as photosensitivity may occur.
Directions: SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule before each meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed three (3) capsules per day. For best results, use for at least six weeks.
