Suggested use: Step 1 Fill the pipette. One full pipette is 3 ml, which is 900 mcg of iodine. Step 2 Add it to water. Half a glass, around 4 ounces. Stir it and drink it. Step 3 Cap it right away. Iodine evaporates from an open bottle. Close it tightly and keep it out of direct sunlight. PREFER A SPRAY? You make it yourself. Mix equal parts Perfect Iodine and distilled water in your own spray bottle, then apply five sprays to the back of the throat. That comes to 150 mcg, which meets the adult recommended intake.
