Suggested use: Adults: For daily wellness, take 2 capsules once daily; during seasonal changes, high physical activities, or stress, take 2 capsules twice daily. Age 4 to 11: Take 1 capsule once daily. Age 12 to 17: Take 2 capsules once daily. Take after meal. Consume directly or open the capsule and sprinkle the content into room temperature food or beverages. Stir well and drink immediately.
