Suggested use: Adult to give child, two years of age and older, one (1) chewable tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may cause drowsiness. For best results, allow your child to sleep for more than 6 hours. Take only as directed. This product is intended for short term, occasional use only. Do not exceed recommended dosage. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications your child takes with their pediatrician.
Warnings: This product requires adult supervision and is not to be dispensed by children. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age due to choking hazard. Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. If any adverse reactions occur, immediately stop using this product and consult your doctor. Consumption above recommended dose may impair ability to drive a motor vehicle or operate heavy equipment.
