Label Statements
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Application: Change oil and filter. Start the engine, allowing it to reach operating temperature (may take a few minutes). Stop engine and immediately add Friction Free 3000 Engine Oil Treatment to the oil reservoir (crankcase). Immediately restart engine and drive vehicle for at least 10 minutes. Treatment ratios: In gas engines with 6 or 8 cylinders, use 1 full bottle (8 fl. oz./237 ml). In gas engines with 4 cylinders, use 1/2 bottle (4 fl. oz./118 ml). With crankcase capacities over 8 quarts (7.57 liters), add 1 fl. oz. per quart (29.6 ml) for each of the first 8 quarts (7.57 liters) and 1/2 fl. oz. (14.8 ml) per quart (0.946 liters) thereafter. Future oil changes: Continue the recommended application of Friction Free 3000 with each oil change. In new or rebuilt engines: Allow manufacturer's break-in period to lapse before adding Friction Free 3000 Engine Treatment.
Precautions re: All Other: Recommended for normal use, standard efficiency oil filters. DO NOT USE IN: Positraction or limited slip differentials, or any unit requiring limited lubrication; Common reservoirs (wet clutches); Two-cycle engines where oil and gas are mixed; Centrifugal hydraulic systems; High pressure multi-stage compressors over 500 psi; Diesel engines.
