Suggested use: Adults: Take 1 fast dissolve vegan tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may cause drowsiness. For best results, allow yourself to sleep for more than 6 hours. This product is intended for short term, occasional use only. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 tablet. Do not exceed recommended dosage of 1 tablet per day. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your healthcare providers.
