Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: To assess tolerance, start with 1 scoop mixed with 8–12 oz of water 15–20 minutes before training. Once tolerated, increase to a full 2 scoop serving, and avoid taking it too close to bedtime due to stimulants†.
