Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 oz. of water 15-30 minutes prior to workout. For amplified results, take 2 scoops with 10-12 oz. of water prior to workout. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. To avoid sleeplessness; do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program.
