Label Statements

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Microwave: 1. Keep the food in the container and remove the lid. 2. Use defrost setting if the food is completely frozen. 3. Take the portion you prefer to heat and set aside the rest for future use. 4. Cover the container with a microwave-safe lid or microwave safe plastic wrap. Leave a small vent for steam to escape. 5. Heat for 2 – 4 minutes for small portions, heat for 4 – 6 for larger portions. Stovetop: 1. Place the food in a saucepan or skillet, over medium heat. We recommend add a tablespoon of water before to prevent sticking. 2. Cover the pan to retain heat and moisture. 3. Heat until fully warmed, approximately 8 – 10 minutes. To reduce heating times, transfer the food from the freezer to the refrigerator one day in advance.

Storage: Keep frozen. After thawing, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
