Directions: Directions for use: As a dietary supplement take (1) one capsules in the morning and (1) one capsules in the afternoon. For maximum absorption, take this supplement with at least 15 grams of fat. It is recommended you take Tokkyo Liver-X for the duration of this supplement, and then take Tokkyo Clomidex for at least two weeks after discontinuing use of this supplement.
