Ahiflower is the world's richest natural source of SDA (Stearidonic Acid), a rare Omega-3 fatty acid, which is far more effectively converted to EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) than the ALA (Alpha-Linolenic Acid) present in most plants. The presence of SDA further elevates Ahiflower Oil above all other terrestrial plant-based oils, including flax, chia, hemp, sacha inchi, perilla and echium oils.
