Directions: DIETARY SUGGESTIONS Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, (especially green leafy) and whole grains such as rice. Avoid red meats, coffee, alcohol, sugary or fried foods. Drink plenty of water.
Directions: Candida Clear, LBS II(R) or Cascara Sagrada may be used in conjunction with this program.
Directions: RECOMMENDED USE Take the contents of one packet (6 capsules) 15 minutes before breakfast and 15 minutes before dinner daily for 10 days. Drink one glass (8 ounces) of water with the capsules. Continue this program for ten days.
