Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20–30 drops (about 0.7–1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Glycerites may also be taken directly. Suggested use: Adults, 10 to 20 drops in 2 oz of water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
Precautions re: All Other: Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. She Gan (blackberry lily rhizome) should be used only in small amounts, short-term, and preferably under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. The raw plant is considered poisonous if eaten, and the herb is traditionally used only in controlled amounts. Do not exceed the suggested serving, and do not use it for extended periods. Do not use if you have loose stools or diarrhea - it can cause watery diarrhea. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Not for use by children. If you take any medication or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use.
Storage: Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
