Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: For external use only. Shake well first, and do a patch test on a small area before wider use. Apply to intact skin only - do not apply to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, and keep it away from the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not take it internally.

Cedarwood is rich in aromatic sesquiterpenes and can be harmful if swallowed; taken internally, cedar oil can cause serious harm. Pregnancy / nursing: Eastern red cedar is considered unsafe in pregnancy - do not use it, even externally, if you are pregnant, and avoid it while breastfeeding. Skin: apply to intact skin only - do not apply to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, and keep it away from the eyes and mucous membranes. Do a patch test first, and stop if redness, itching, or rash develops. Because this is an alcohol tincture, it may sting on sensitive skin. Contains alcohol. Do not use on infants or children. If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use. Do not use it to self-treat any medical condition - see a qualified doctor instead. Keep out of reach of children.
