Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Shake well. 20–30 drops (about 0.7–1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea or juice, up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Tinctures may also be taken directly.

Excessive consumption may impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Usnea contains usnic acid, which in high doses has been associated with liver toxicity. Do not exceed the recommended serving size. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have liver disease or take medications metabolized by the liver. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not use if you are allergic to lichens or fungi.
