This product is not for leg cramps or restless legs - see a doctor for those. Stop and seek medical help if you notice ringing in the ears, headache, nausea, vision changes, unusual bruising or bleeding, dark urine, or an irregular heartbeat. Do not use if you have a heart rhythm disorder, a history of low platelets or other blood disorders, G6PD deficiency, myasthenia gravis, or kidney or liver disease. Medicines: do not combine with blood thinners, digoxin, antiarrhythmics, QT-prolonging drugs or antimalarials. Drowsiness: valerian can cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking it. Pregnancy / nursing: do not use. Surgery: stop use at least two weeks before scheduled surgery or anesthesia. Adults only. Contains alcohol. Keep out of reach of children.
